When a customer making high-performance truck parts needed to cut cycle time and make more money (and who doesn’t), Bill Kerr came through BIG time.

The shop was pocketing and slotting in 1018 steel at a .750” width and depth of cut per pass. They tested the IMCO POW•R•FEED® against the shop’s current tool and boosted machine speed from 1000 rpm to 1800 rpm.

The results

  • POW•R•FEED more than tripled the feed rate.
  • POW•R•FEED not only ran at a higher speed, it lasted more than twice as long and more than doubled their parts per tool.
